4.1 GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.)
Your form submission data is stored and managed within GoHighLevel, a customer relationship management platform operated by HighLevel Inc., a company based in the United States. By submitting your personal information through our forms, you acknowledge and consent to your information being transferred to and stored on servers located outside Australia, specifically in the United States.
This cross-border disclosure is made in accordance with APP 8 of the Australian Privacy Principles. We take reasonable steps to ensure that HighLevel Inc. handles your personal information in a manner consistent with the APPs. 4.2 Google LLC
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. When you submit an enquiry form, a conversion event may be recorded with Google LLC. This may involve the transfer of limited technical data (such as a conversion identifier and event timestamp) to Google servers, which may be located outside Australia.

4.3 Other disclosures
