Terms of Service

Entity: Synergy Services Australia Pty Ltd

Jurisdiction: Australia

Effective date: 22 April 2026

Last updated: 22 April 2026

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the landing pages and online enquiry forms operated by Synergy Services Australia Pty Ltd (we, us, our), a company incorporated in Australia. By accessing our landing pages or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our landing pages or submit any forms.

1. Nature of the landing pages

Our landing pages are lead generation pages only. They are designed to allow prospective clients to submit enquiries about our commercial cleaning services and to request a complimentary site inspection and written facility assessment. No purchase, payment or binding service contract is entered into by submitting an enquiry form.

Submission of an enquiry form constitutes an expression of interest only. It does not create any obligation on your part to engage our services, and does not create any obligation on our part to provide services, until a separate written service agreement has been entered into by both parties.

2. Eligibility

Our landing pages are intended for use by businesses and organisations located in Australia. By submitting an enquiry form, you represent that:

You are 18 years of age or older

You are submitting the enquiry on behalf of a business or organisation, not as a consumer for personal or domestic purposes

The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge

These landing pages are not intended for personal or domestic use. The Australian Consumer Law protections applicable to consumer transactions do not apply to business-to-business engagements of the kind facilitated by these pages.

3. The complimentary site inspection and written assessment

Where we offer a complimentary site inspection and written facility assessment, the following conditions apply:

The inspection is conducted at no cost and with no obligation to engage our services following the inspection

The written assessment provided following the inspection is prepared in good faith based on observations made during the visit. It is an operational assessment only and does not constitute professional advice of a legal, medical, regulatory or compliance nature

The written assessment is provided for your internal use and reference only. It may not be reproduced, distributed or relied upon for any purpose other than evaluating our services without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule an inspection at our discretion

The number of complimentary inspections we conduct each month is limited and subject to availability

4. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to ensure the content on our landing pages is accurate and current at the time of publication. However, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the content is complete, accurate, up to date or fit for any particular purpose.

Credentials, experience claims and testimonials referenced on our landing pages reflect our genuine history and client feedback. We do not make representations about outcomes that may be achieved from engaging our services, as results will vary depending on the specific circumstances of each facility.

5. Intellectual property

All content on our landing pages, including text, layout, design and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Synergy Services Australia Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt or publish any content from our landing pages without our prior written consent.

Any reliance on information contained on the landing pages

Any technical errors, interruptions or unavailability of the landing pages

Any unauthorised access to or use of data submitted through our forms

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by any legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

7. Privacy

Your use of our landing pages and the personal information you provide through our enquiry forms is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available on our landing pages.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal under applicable law, that provision will be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
